Workshop Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor with strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The candidate must have hands-on experience supervising workshop activities related to automobiles, heavy equipment, and preventive maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities • Supervise workshop activities for automobiles and equipment • Manage maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and medium trucks • Ensure preventive maintenance of pumps and workshop equipment • Supervise team of mechanics and auto-electricians • Maintain updated parts list for vehicles and equipment • Monitor minimum stock levels for fast-moving and critical spare parts • Ensure safety compliance within workshop operations • Coordinate with operations and project teams • Work in multinational environment with Safety First approach
