We're looking for a hunter. Someone who doesn't wait for opportunities to land in their lap, who picks up the phone, gets in the room, and closes. If your instinct is to chase, pitch and win — and you have the track record to prove it — this role is for you. The successful candidate will identify, engage and cement large brand and performance partnerships, and work with major media agency networks across Turkey. Displaying a consultative style, you must be an exceptional communicator — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders across clients and Taboola teams — but make no mistake: this is a sales role, and results are what count. To thrive in this role, you'll need: Native Turkish is a must — you know the market, the language and the culture from the inside An obsessive sales drive — you are a natural hunter who creates pipeline from scratch, chases hard and closes with conviction; "I wouldn't do that" is not in your vocabulary Major plus: prior experience selling into or working closely with advertisers in key verticals such as automotive, banking, travel or e-commerce — familiarity with how these sectors think about performance, budgets and media decisions will give you a significant edge from day one. 3+ years of strong advertising sales experience focused on direct marketers, brands and agencies; knowledge of the Turkish media agency and brand landscape is essential A proven track record of delivering results and successfully closing negotiations with senior decision-makers A genuine passion for digital advertising and the ability to build strategic, long-term partnerships Strong analytical skills to drive influence with concise, data-backed messaging Established relationships within the Turkish agency and brand ecosystem are expected — you should know the room, have navigated the key holding groups, independent agencies and direct brand teams, and be able to open doors from day one rather than spending months building access Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both Turkish and English Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment — and to keep learning How you’ll make an impact: As a Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll bring value by: Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from the ground up — hunting new logos, chasing warm leads, and leaving no stone...
