Advertising Account Management Director - SEA & TH Markets

As an Advertising Account Management Director on the Enterprise team in our Bangkok office, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of Account Managers responsible for SEA to develop the growth strategy for an existing book of business. Working closely with the Sales Director and Country Manager, you'll align on regional priorities and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate business performance. Acting in a consultative sales capacity, this person will partner with cross-functional teams to lead client relationships and identify up-sell/optimization opportunities at scale. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 6+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital advertising space is a must Outstanding relationship management and client service skills preferably with expertise of brands within premium agencies Exceptional communication skills Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate big data in a commercial and simplified fashion Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Bonus points if you have: Strong network within SEA and TH markets Prior experience directly leading teams is an advantage, however we are open to consider candidates who have demonstrated leadership qualities from e.g. leading projects and initiatives How you’ll make an impact: As a Advertising Account Management Director, you’ll bring value by: Manage and develop the account management team based in Bangkok while fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors Taboola’s values and industry excellence Achieve quarterly revenue targets, with a significant focus on client retention as well as scaling up the existing advertising book of business Oversee the onboarding, training, performance management, career development, coaching and mentoring of the team Oversee internal education and training program for team members to ensure team is setup for success, have a thorough understanding of Taboola’s policies and procedures, and are subject-matter experts in their respective roles Understand business goals for book of business and anticipate needs to deliver optimal solutions Attend quarterly business reviews and strategic meetings with key clients throughout the year to establish senior level relationshipsElicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our clients Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technical Support...
