As an Senior Business Analyst (Dynamic Ads) on the Dynamic Ads team in our Budapest office, you’ll play a vital role in driving the performance of our customers’ campaigns through data-driven analysis and hands-on optimization.You will turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive measurable impact through a deep analytical and problem-solving approach.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of performance, while applying analytical thinking and experimentation to optimize results.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, analytics, and making a direct impact through data. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in digital media or other data-intensive environments Hands-on experience with SQL to query and analyze large datasets Experience using Python, R, Excel, or BI tools to process and visualize data for actionable insights Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach, and ability to collaborate with Product, R&D, and cross-functional teams Strong ability to turn numbers into insights, and a proactive approach Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment Fluency in English Bonus points if you have: University degree in a technical area Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members Ability to work with AI tools for campaign analytics and performance optimization How you’ll make an impact: Monitor the performance of dynamic campaigns and analyze key metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for client improvements Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies Implement optimization techniques to improve campaign performance, including bid adjustments, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign elements and improve results Generate internal and external reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations Collaborate with account managers to align campaign objectives, messaging,...
