As a Business Development Director within our Global Agency Pod, you will own and deepen strategic partnerships with Japan's largest global agency holding companies and their senior leadership teams. You will shape joint business strategies, identify opportunities to accelerate adoption of The Trade Desk platform across agency networks, and influence long-term commercial growth through executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and market leadership. While this is an individual contributor role, you will be expected to act as a senior leader within the pod—providing mentorship, guidance, and thought leadership to junior team members, helping elevate team performance through influence rather than direct people management. You will partner closely with Client Services, Marketing, Data Partnerships, Product, and regional leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes for our agency partners.
