We are building Ventura OS, a next-generation Connected TV platform designed to power premium streaming experiences. As Principal Product Manager, Core Platform, you will own the vision and roadmap for the core platform capabilities that power Ventura TV OS. The Director of Retail Partnerships owns the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and growth of retail relationships for Ventura’s CTV platform. This role is responsible for scaling platform distribution, activation, and monetization through strategic retail alliances—spanning big‑box retailers, regional retailers, e‑commerce marketplaces, specialty electronics, and retail media networks. This is a senior, cross‑functional leadership role that shapes how Ventura shows up in retail, and how retail partnerships contribute to long‑term platform economics. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Retail & Platform Strategy: Define and lead the multi‑year retail partnership strategy aligned to platform scale, monetization, and advertiser value creation. Identify where retail distribution, platform licensing, and retail media integration create differentiated growth opportunities. Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert on retail dynamics, retail media networks, and their convergence with CTV.
