You won't just be mapping processes; you'll help define the future of how our Supply organization scales globally. We are seeking a builder who can identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and create scalable solutions through AI, automation, and process innovation. You will be the primary driver in enabling our Supply teams to 10x their impact through AI-powered tools, intelligent workflows, and new ways of operating. Working across both internal stakeholders and our supplier customers, you'll uncover opportunities where emerging technologies can fundamentally improve how we work, how suppliers engage with our platform, and how the business scales. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who is energized by turning ideas into reality and shaping the future of AI within one of the world's largest travel Experiences marketplaces. Job Location: Remote This role is a UK Remote position. What You’ll Do • Strategic Process Mapping: Partner with teams across the Supply organization to identify high-friction workflows, operational bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities for AI and automation. • AI-Driven Transformation: Translate emerging AI capabilities, including Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and predictive analytics into scalable solutions that improve productivity, supplier experience, and business outcomes.
