Forward Deployed Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE We're an early-stage AI healthtech startup building a platform that automates the payer compliance lifecycle for procedural specialties — covering benefits verification, medical necessity, prior authorization, and appeals. We integrate deeply with EHR systems (Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks and others) and work across complex provider and payer workflows. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll embed directly with customers to design, build, and own the integration layer connecting our core platform to real-world provider and payer systems. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and product — translating ambiguous clinical workflows into reliable, production-grade integrations that directly impact revenue and user experience.
