People Operations Partner

Playson is looking for a People Operations Partner who can bring operational clarity into a fast-moving environment and help scale People Operations through strong execution, process thinking, coordination, and automation. This role sits closer to operational systems coordination than traditional HR administration. We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in: - workflows, - dependencies, - automations, - ownership, - bottlenecks, - scalability, - and operational efficiency. You will work closely with PBPs, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Service Desk, and employees across the company to ensure people-related processes work reliably, clearly, and without unnecessary friction. You will also work across multiple operational systems and platforms used within the People function, including HRIS, ATS, learning, benefits, and engagement tools. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must - 3+ years in operational coordination/people operations/business operations
