Job Responsibilities - Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of Binance APP VIP community and Telegram community - Prepare community operation content, including announcements and support for online/offline activities (such as AMAs, Binance Square Live streams, offline meetups, etc.) - Complete community growth targets according to plan, execute new user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives - Assist in building and operating multilingual VIP communities - Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams to clarify responsibilities and workflows for copywriting and visual design - Have independent content publishing permissions, manage content through CRM/analytics tools - Test community operation strategies and optimize content performance
