Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication. Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations. Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
