Responsibilities Act as a key point of contact for law enforcement agencies and relevant government authorities across the UAE, including Dubai Police and other local law enforcement bodies. Receive, assess and coordinate responses to requests for user, transaction and other information from authorised law enforcement agencies, ensuring requests are handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with UAE law enforcement agencies, regulators and government stakeholders. Work closely with internal Legal, Compliance, Investigations, Security, Risk and Operations teams to assess requests, obtain relevant information and coordinate timely responses. Review and validate law enforcement requests to ensure they contain the appropriate information and legal basis required for Binance to respond. Coordinate the collection, preservation and secure disclosure of relevant information and data in response to valid requests. Maintain accurate records of law enforcement requests, responses, correspondence and relevant case information. Support investigations involving fraud, financial crime, money laundering, sanctions, cybercrime and other illicit activity where Binance's assistance is requested by authorised authorities. Identify trends, recurring issues and emerging risks from law enforcement requests and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders. Support the development and improvement of processes, procedures and guidance for managing law enforcement requests in the UAE.
