Head of Internal Content & Channels

In short: We are looking for an experienced internal comms expert, skilled at telling stories through innovative mediums as we drive the next chapter of strategic communication at On. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications, the Head of Internal Content & Channels will lead the editorial strategy to reach our internal audience. This hands-on role will drive production of creative content across company-wide events, announcements, presentations, and other strategic moments. They will also lead complex innovation workstreams to build and improve the channels we use to communicate. This role will be highly embedded in On’s unique and entrepreneurial culture; collaborating with multiple teams and leaders to optimize information flow and bring great messages to life. Your mission: Leading the creative arm of the Internal Comms team – including concept development, editorial pl
