In short: As the Senior Lead, People Analytics, you will be the architect of our new People Analytics platform and a strategic partner for our global people agenda. Reporting to the Head of People Analytics and as part of the People Analytics team, you will empower the organisation with data-driven insights, build the data pipelines and platform the whole team runs on, push our statistical and predictive modeling further, and champion the next frontier of AI and agentic automation to unlock human potential at On. Your Mission: Own the data engineering backbone of our People Analytics Platform: pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration, so the rest of the team's dashboards and analyses sit on governed, reliable data.
