Corporate Development Associate

The Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing and completing financial models, and supporting the existing Corporate Development team in executing M&A deals and transitions from closed deals to business operation integration. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Development, this position will participate in supporting all transaction phases, including sourcing and pipeline development, negotiation, due diligence, and integration. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit strong critical thinking skills and an in-depth knowledge of financial modeling. This individual should also have experience interacting with company executives; strong project management, time management and organizational skills; strong analytical skills; a strong work ethic; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
