Leadership At Komodo Health Mavens is a Komodo Health company focused on delivering Salesforce-based solutions that drive workflow and digital engagement across the life sciences industry. The Mavens Managed Services team partners closely with our customers post initial implementation to support long term success with our solutions. Our managed services team serves as trusted advisors who understand both the evolving technology and the business challenges our customers face. Managed Services Consultants are the primary long-term partners for our customers, acting as a fully integrated extension of the customer’s IT team. They balance day-to-day administrative support with complex release management, ensuring that applications are functioning properly to support business-critical processes. They play a strategic role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and continuously seek opportunities to further assist customers with their evolving needs. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented and self-mo tivated individual who is comfortable working in fast-paced work environments. They demonstrate strong collaboration skills by working effectively across internal teams and with customers to drive shared outcomes. They hold themselves accountable to commitments and follow through with a high degree of ownership.
