Job Title: Trading Volume Growth & Contract Business Leader (Web3 DEX)
Lead the strategy for DEX trading volume growth: Continuously enhance 24h/7d/30d trading volume through contract mechanisms, BD growth, and transaction mining.
Contract Ecosystem BD Implementation:
- Expand high-volume trading communities and BD collaborations.
- Design and promote volume-based incentive mechanisms.
- Coordinate with the technical team to review new trading pair contracts, assess MEV/sandwich risks, slippage parameters, and security settings.
- Understand ABI calls, Pair/Pool interfaces, and Etherscan/Remix contract checks to effectively communicate trading volume-related feature requirements with contract engineers (no requirement to write production code).
Data-driven Iteration:
- Monitor daily/weekly trading volume data and user behavior.
- Collect feedback and drive product and token economic model optimizations (focus on improving Volume Retention and Repeat Trade Rate).
External Exposure and Relationship Maintenance:
- Participate in AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and industry summits to highlight the DEX's trading depth and efficiency advantages.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-volume BD, KOLs, and trader communities.
Persyaratan
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of BD/Growth experience.
- A deep understanding of trading volume-driven logic: familiarity with mainstream DEX trading mechanisms, fee models, liquidity efficiency, and volume growth strategies.
- Prior experience with actual trading volume growth and strong community resource connections is preferred.
- Strong self-motivation, data sensitivity, and the ability to efficiently advance cross-team projects in a remote environment.
