Job Summary This is full-time and on-site job in Vienna, Austria. As Token Listing Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising on legal, regulatory, and risk-related aspects of listing digital tokens on our platform. This includes conducting due diligence, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and exchange policies. You will work cross-functionally with listing, compliance, business development, and product teams. Key Responsibilities * Provide legal advice and guidance on token listing matters, including regulatory classification, risk assessments, and jurisdictional considerations. * Review and assess token listing applications for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Lead and coordinate token due diligence processes, including reviewing whitepa
