Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Reimbursements Review and process employee reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies and approval workflows. Validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and correct coding in NetSuite. Prepare and support invoice payment runs and employee reimbursements under established authorization limits. Assist in resolving invoice or payment discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors. Bank Reconciliations & Month-End Support Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing reconciling items promptly.
