You’ll support a cross-functional group of 3 to 4 engineering teams to design, develop and integrate software features that are delightful and vital to the lives of credit card consumers across all walks of life. Coach and nurture your engineering managers on how to build, empower and operate teams to achieve their goals. Collaborate with product managers and designers on the overall product strategy.
