Responsibilities Sustainable Points System Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, define core rules (including points tasks, tiered levels, reward redemption, etc.) and formulate the total points issuance, as well as complete mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period and inflation control. Ensure stable value anchoring and controllable operational costs.
