What You’ll Be Doing * Support the Regional Head in overseeing business and growth initiatives, ensuring effective execution and delivery of key projects. * Participate in selected business communications and partnership discussions; prepare meeting minutes and track follow-up action items. * Assist in drafting partnership proposals, industry analyses, and strategic research materials. * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project progress and resource alignment. * Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to support business decision-making. * Contribute to periodic strategic planning and business review processes. * Support the optimization of business processes and key account management mechanisms. * Provide dedicated support on special projects and high-priority matters led by the Regional Head. 工作职责 * 协助区域负责人，跟进商业/增长相关核心业务与重点项目，推动落地执行。 * 参与部分商务沟通
