THE WORK: This is a rare Chief of Staff opportunity to partner directly with the CEO of a high-growth, industry shaping company operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain. The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a fast-paced, high-impact role perfect for a strategic operator who can thoughtfully navigate the complexities of a high-profile, global, multi-product organization. The Chief of Staff will partner with the CEO and the Leadership team to articulate and synchronize priorities, accelerating high quality decision-making, effective execution, and maximizing organizational impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on internal and externally driven priorities. * Synthesize complex information into pressure tested, hypothesis-driven insights and clear/concise executive recommendations. * Ensure the CEO is up to speed on relevant competitive and industry developments and trends; this goes well beyond summarizing headlines - it requires understanding the business, connecting the dots and extracting thoughtful insights * Partner closely with the Strategic Initiatives and Communications teams to equip the CEO with executive-grade materials for key external engagements, while overseeing seamless coordination, messaging, and follow-through to maximize impact. * Capture outcomes and commitments from external engage
