About the Role Bybit is evolving from a leading crypto exchange into a next-generation global financial platform — integrating trading, payments, wealth management, and institutional solutions into a unified ecosystem. As we scale across products, markets, and regulatory environments, product becomes the core driver of user experience, growth, and monetization. We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead Bybit’s global product vision — combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI-driven transformation to build a scalable, intelligent financial platform. This role reports directly to the Founder and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term direction. What You Will Own * Own the end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines, including trading
