Key Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including but not limited to institutional agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, technology and licensing arrangements, and partnership * MOUs.Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, from contract intake, redlining, approval workflows, execution, and archiving, to renewal and termination manage * ment.Act as the point of contact for internal business units (e.g., procurement, operations, tech, finance) to provide clear and timely legal support during commercial negotiat * ions.Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate governance requirem * ents.Coordinate with external counsel as necessary for complex negotiations or multi-jurisdictional mat * ters.Develop and maintai
