As Country Director, India, you'll join the Consumer & Business International team to own Coinbase's overall strategy and business performance across the Indian market. You'll drive cross-functional execution across Product, Policy, Marketing, and Business Development to launch locally relevant initiatives that accelerate user growth and revenue. This role requires navigating a complex and evolving regulatory environment, building relationships with regulators and commercial partners, and leading a local team that positions Coinbase for long-term success in one of the world's largest crypto economies. What you'll do: * Own Coinbase's business performance in India, with direct accountability for user growth, revenue, and long-term market position, including identifying and building relationships with potential commercial partners and key stakeholders. * Drive the country strategy by synthesizing market, regulatory, and competitive analysis into high-impact growth opportunities and translating them into executable plans. * Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Policy to deliver India-specific initiatives while managing regulatory risk and compliance requirements. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shape and launch locally relevant products that achieve product-market fit within India's regula
