Responsibilities
Product Planning & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for our structured product suite. Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities and set a winning go-to-market strategy.Product Design & Execution: Design product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations (e.g., strike price, APR, tenor). You'll translate user needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and work with our quant and risk teams to ensure our crypto products are priced competitively and operate within acceptable risk parameters.Operational Support & Growth: Act as the prod
