Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Payments Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in the EU. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing our payment products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance. * Strategic Reporting: Direct report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director of Bybit Payments GmbH. * Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies and stablecoins (e-money tokens). * Infrastructure Management: Establish and oversee clearing and settlement systems (SWIFT, EBA Clearing, TIPS) and maintain payment standards (SEPA / ISO 20022). * Treasury Operations: Design internal treasury and cash management systems to optimi
