Resposibilities: Together with the Marketing Strategy Lead execute regional growth campaigns in partnership with local & central stakeholders to ensure business objectives (KPIs) are met; Drive and lead growth marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE (incl. Balkans) targeting users' stickiness, and platform ecosystem usage (Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Active Users Growth Hacks via Retention, Reactivation, Stickiness); Establish marketing best practices (including segmentation, and A/B testing strategies) using data-driven insights;Measure, understand, and report critical metrics progress to regional management & Central Leaders; Develop marketing strateg
