The Role At Neutreeno, marketing is the engine, and as our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll own the metrics, build the pipeline, and be accountable for connecting marketing to measurable business outcomes. You'll lead marketing at Neutreeno and be fully accountable for pipeline. There's no marketing team under you and no system to inherit. Your first 90 days are about shipping: measurement infrastructure, the content engine including CRM, and the first paid campaigns. The leadership team, working with our brand strategy partner, has defined a clear brand strategy and mapped the needs of the business. Your job is to build on this foundation and turn it into pipeline for our sales team. This position operates on a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in our Cambridge office. Fully remote arrangements will be considered for outstanding candidates, provided there is sufficient overlap with UK working hours.
