Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join Bybit’s Earn & Wealth business. This role will act as a core driver of business growth, responsible for scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (AUM growth) across key products such as Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool. You will combine market insights, user behavior analysis, and data-driven execution to build scalable growth systems and continuously optimize business performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Execution * Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite * Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat investment → high-value user upgrade) *
