Head of Organization Development Reports to: People Head Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Programs * Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with core business priorities. * Develop e-learning paths, workshops and diversified blended learning solutions. * Research and assess diverse training resources, iterating solutions to optimize overall learning efficiency and outcomes. Culture & Values Building * Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Bybit Way global culture strategy, driving behavioral implementation across all departments and regions. * Optimize new hire onboarding systems to deliver substantive cultural infiltration instead of formalized procedural work. * Practice and advocate the company’s organizational culture and values.
