Responsibilities: * Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes; * Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; * Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; * Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned; * Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
