Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary legal and regulatory advisor for new product launches, features, and initiatives on the global platform being involved end to end in the launch of new products * Conduct regulatory gap analyses for target jurisdictions to assess the permissibility and risk profile of product offerings in markets where the exchange has not yet obtained local licenses * Develop and maintain product compliance frameworks, playbooks, and decision matrices for the global product team * Advise Product, Tech, Business and Fiat teams on regulatory constraints, user eligibility requirements, geo-restrictions, and risk mitigation strategies aligning these with internal guidelines * Assess regulatory classification of products (spot trading, derivatives, lending, staking, earn products, launchpad
