Job Responsibilities * Maintain close communication with business stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements, and develop corresponding IT technical solutions based on those needs. * Responsible for system development, refactoring, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. * Resolve complex technical challenges; lead system stability initiatives including system optimization, architecture upgrades, and the accumulation of reusable capabilities and component frameworks. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above; computer science or related field preferred. * 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years with Golang or Java; proficient in common frameworks, language features, and data structures; deep understanding of their characteristics and underlying implementation principles. *
