About the role You will own the full commercial lifecycle for a growing class of listed instruments. You will work across a sophisticated deal pipeline spanning institutional credit products, structured yield instruments, and other on-chain financial assets. The role sits at the intersection of traditional finance expertise and blockchain-native distribution, requiring fluency in both. What You'll Do Asset origination & deal execution * Pipeline and partnership development: Proactively source and secure high-quality partner-issuers and secondary-market instruments across yield and structured product categories for platform listing. * Commercial negotiation: Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms with our partners, including issuers, project teams, and institutional partners. * Strategic networking: Build and maintain a senior network spanning global financial institutions, alternative credit managers, and digital asset issuers to sustain a consistent flow of institutional-grade opp
