About the Opportunity As a Local Operations Analyst at OKX TR, you will be at the core of the local entity's day-to-day operations: handling legal and regulatory requests, supporting cross-functional workflows, driving process improvements through AI tooling, and tracking operational data to inform local management decisions. This is a high-ownership role that requires structured thinking, strong communication, and a genuine drive to make things work better. What You’ll Be Doing * Process and respond to incoming legal and regulatory requests, including preparation of response letters and direct communication with governmental bodies. * Serve as an operational point of contact for escalated cases requiring cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely and accurate resolution across internal teams. * Extract and monitor operational data on a regular basis using Datawind, translating outputs into structured reports and actionable insights for local management. * Identify workflow bottlenecks and build lightweight AI-assisted internal tools to reduce manual workload, presenting proposals to the team and supporting adoption. * Support the rollout of new procedures at the local level and act as a bridge between the local entity and global operations teams.
