Responsibilities Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscape for blockchain products (such as on-chain transactions, DeFi, etc.), formulate and execute operational strategies, and drive product feature implementation and user experience optimization. Collect and analyze user behavior and on-chain data to uncover user needs and market opportunities, and drive product iteration and innovation. Design and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to increase user scale and business metrics. Organize multi-channel marketing and community operation activities, and continuously optimize user growth paths and operational effectiveness. Monitor and control each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure the team achieves project goals within the project timeline. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product, technology, and marketing, to ensure efficient implementation of operational objectives.
