The Role The a16z Executive Talent team operates in an innovative, progressive and thoughtful way to build a network of stellar executive talent. The HiPo (High Potential) G&A Partner will assess, build, and manage a network of emerging finance, legal, and operations leaders between Manager and Director level for the benefit of our key customers and stakeholders. This role is based out of our San Francisco Bay Area offices.
