Responsibilities: Provide expert legal guidance on U.S. regulatory and law enforcement expectations, particularly those relating to crypto and financial regulations, AML, sanctions, securities laws, commodities laws, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Coordinate with members of the Legal Department and management regarding regulatory litigation matters and relationships with U.S. government agencies and regulatory bodies. Advise on the company’s response to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews, particularly as they relate to and impact AML and sanctions compliance programs. Communicate with U.S. regulatory agencies,
