Job Scope: * Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, in particular under MiCAR, MiFID, and PSD II. * Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. * Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments, providing guidance to the business on necessary compliance adjustments. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including training and awareness programs. * Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation to ensure timely compliance with reporting obligations. * Support the business in obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and regulatory approvals in Aust
