About the Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team, specifically focused on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities and KOLs. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates (Key Opinion Leaders, Trading Communities, Traffic Websites), and (secondarily) VIP clients - in the Netherlands and the broader Western part of the European Union. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z. What You'll Be Doing Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates. Secondary: Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.
