Key Responsibilities: * Analyze VIP user behavior across the full lifecycle — from tier qualification and upgrade/downgrade patterns to engagement, trading activity, and churn signals * Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track VIP program performance, Earn product metrics, and key user health indicators * Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance, including subscription/redemption flows, yield trends, asset allocation behavior, and user retention * Identify high-value user segments, model LTV, and provide data-driven recommendations to support VIP tier design, benefits optimization, and retention strategies * Monitor data quality and integrity across VIP and Earn systems, identifying and resolving metric discrepancies * Support business and product teams with ad-hoc data reques
