Responsibilities Design brand and marketing assets across all digital channels: brand, social and paid Collaborate with the brand, creative and paid teams to ensure seamless visual continuity between brand and marketing projects Conceptualise and translate complex ideas (crypto, trading, investing, staking) into clear, compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences aligned with brand guidelines. Produce visuals and storyboards for the video team to animate and edit Propose, test and iterating on new design formats based on performance insights Establish and build relationship with the cross-business partners and stakeholders Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance production (image, video) Requirements 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency, in-house, or startup), with a strong emphasis on marketing design. A strong portfolio showcasing both sy
