What You'll Do * Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business (ex-Hong Kong) to align with business growth objectives and drive their implementation. * Establish effective growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis; gain in-depth understanding of global P2P market characteristics, address user needs and pain points across each market, and enhance product usability and overall user experience. * Build a user risk control and quality management system, establish standardized user operations mechanisms, identify high-risk user profiles through effective risk control strategies, and drive the refinement and upgrade of risk control models. * Maintain strong data sensitivity and establish a comprehensive business funnel data analysis framework; stay current with industry and market trends, continuously produce analytical reports and actionable strategies, and provide guidance for product upgrades and business direction. * 为非香港全球P2P业务设计和制定符合业务发展的策略和技术功能，并推进落地执行； * 建立有效的业务增
