Responsibilities * Own the end-to-end App user experience, driving improvements in product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency * Establish App-wide product experience standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints * Lead user-facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI-powered trading), exploring new approaches to improve trading retention * Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth Requirements * 5+ years of user-facing product experience; trading platform or fintech background preferred * Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution * Platform-level product thinking — able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output * Experience with user segmenta
