Fireblocks is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM to join our growing People team and play a critical role in scaling our revenue-driving organizations. This is a highly visible, consultative role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and is motivated by building scalable recruiting practices. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting while influencing hiring strategy through data, market insights, and a deep understanding of the GTM talent landscape. What you’ll do * Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience * Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing), providing real-time market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends to ensure our offers remain winning ones. * Build a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent, ensuring we have a ready-to-move pipeline for high-priority territories and roles before the need becomes urgent. * Continuously iterate on recruiting processes, introducing creative and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and compliant hiring process. * Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks, proactively addressing challenges before they impact hiring velocity or quality.
