For more information, visit www.bitgo.com . This role will require being full-time onsite at our New York office to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving. Our Solutions Engineering department works closely with prospective customers and current customers providing workshops and training in BitGo's products and services and guiding them through the technical journey from the sales process to onboarding. We are seeking a proven professional based in New York who will nurture relationships with our clients. Responsibilities: Lead technical and product demos through the pre and post sales cycles, driving technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and presentations to Executive sponsors. Manage continuous client relationships by understanding their business requirements, expectations, and technical support needs with understanding customer technical architecture. Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features. Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams. Clearly communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for their sales calls.
