Title: Spot Product Operations This Role need to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE Responsibilities * Spot Product Promotion: Responsible for promoting core spot products (e.g., Launchpool, Launchpad, ByVotes, etc.), efficiently executing promotion plans, continuously tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data to optimize campaign effectiveness. * Creative Campaign Planning & Innovation: Design engaging and innovative campaigns for New Listings, Post-Listing events, and ecosystem partnerships. Develop diverse token listing mechanisms to increase user engagement and platform activity. * Asset Operations: Develop systematic asset operation strategies based on project characteristics, market trends, and community feedback.
