About the team The Frontend Growth Team at OKX focuses on building and optimizing user-facing experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. Working closely with product and growth functions, the team develops and enhances features that support affiliate programs, marketing campaigns, SEO, and ASO initiatives. They translate complex growth strategies and business logic into scalable, high-performance frontend solutions. By combining data-driven insights with continuous experimentation, the team supports OKX’s expansion efforts, addressing both global reach and localization needs while improving overall user experience.
